SHIPPING / ORDER TIMELINE / LOCAL ORDERS

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER:
Processing times depend on order volume.
- Peak times (holidays, new menu launches, etc.): Expect a minimum processing time of 7-14 business days.
- Regular times: Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days.
As our products are handcrafted in small batches.
- Preorders: Processing times will be listed in product descriptions. If an order includes a preorder item, the entire order will be processed as a preorder.
- Preorder items will be marked with a “Preorder” banner in product images.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Incorrect shipping details: Once a shipping label is created, we cannot make address changes or issue refunds.
- Shipping refunds: We cannot refund shipping fees after a package has been dispatched.
LOCAL ORDERS (Pick-up in Toronto):
- Local pickups are available from our Toronto Location around Fairview Mall area. We would contact you to arrange once order been placed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
- Once a shipping label is created, we will send you the tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
- If your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, email us with details and photos so we can resolve the issue.
REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds are available only if order fulfillment has not begun.
- If a shipping label has been created, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- A $3 CAD fee will apply to all credit card refund requests.
